Direct search

Interviews

As per Clients requirements during the selection process additional information on professional experience, specific skills and personal equalities is being provided in a CV by recruitment consultant.

References checking

References for every candidate are being always taken and checked.

Timing

Successful completion of search and selection processes depends on difficulties of each particular request and usually takes from 4 till 8 weeks, however knowledge of candidates and cooperation with them sometimes allow us to fill positions within shorter period. Submission of candidates might be performed on a basis "when they are found" or all final selected candidates are submitted at one time when search is completed.

Guaranties and costs

We replace candidates within probation period (vary from 3 up to 6 months)f for free. We do not poach Clients' employees. Our recruitment fee is based on different factors, such as seniority of the position, availability of suitable candidates on Labour market and level of search complexity in each particular case, also time spent for successful completion of the Client's enquiry. On average our recruitment fee is 15% + VAT from annual gross salary of each placed candidate. We use a flexible discount system with the well known and corporate clients: Enquiry for 3 and more candidates at the same time - 10% discount from total charge amount Exclusive agreement - 20% discount from total charge amount. Constant and long term exclusive agreement with no less then 2 enquiries monthly - 30% discount from total charge amount

We charge 50% discount for every 15 successfully placed candidate
